St. Francis has a small, but mighty in-house food pantry! We aim to help allievate some food insecurity in the Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello neighborhood by providing a bag of groceries to families weekly. As we contuine to grow, we are only able to support about a dozen families bi-weekly at this time.
If you are in the CHUM neighborhood or a SFA parishioner and would like food assistance, please email Sara Agresti at socialjustice.sfa@gmail.com or click this button to sign up online. Online Form

SFA works with St. Casimir's Little Bagged Lunch Mission (that makes more than a thousand lunches a weeks!) to make 200+ lunches a week to share with our neighbors in South Baltimore - Beans and Bread and Helping Up Mission. Once a month, on the third Monday night of the month, we come together at St. Francis to make nutritious, filling lunches for our community members. The goal isn't just to slap some meat on some bread and call it a night, but to make a meal you would want to eat, and fill it with good sandwiches, fruit, chips, and treats. Donations are always welcome!
The shopping list is below, and monetary donations can be sent via venmo (@sfabalt) or dropped off at the Church Office.
