Within the total educative mission of the Church of the Archdiocese and the Division of Catholic Schools, the School board works with the scohol in providing quality Catholic education for its students. The primary function of the School Board is to develop school policy, which it recommends to the pastor for implementation. Policies are guidelines written by the board members to achieve certain results which are consistent with the mission of the the school, the Archdiocese of Baltimore, and the sponsoring religious community. Policy should be specific enough to guide, while offering the administration broad latitude in implementation.

The School Board provides vision, inspires confidence, acts as a consulting body, and offers support and service to the administration of the school. Membership is by appointment only.
