We, at St. Francis of Assisi, are blessed with a number of parishioners who give unselfishly of their time and talent in our many musical ministries. The Adult Choir provides musical selections to be listened to as well as leading the congregation in singing hymns and responses. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m., and the choir sings each Sunday (summers excluded) at the 11:30 a.m. Mass.
The Folk group provides music for the 9:30 a.m. Family Liturgy. the goal of the ensemble is to encourage the congregation to join more fully in the celebration of the liturgy by singing. The size of the gruop is limited by space and equipment. The Fok Group practices every Tuesday evening at :30 p.m. and sings throughout the year--usually breaking for vacation in August.
